Joost contributed as a member of the Advisory Board at SAFETYN, a start-up focused on life preservation solutions for pilots. As the founder of Transformation Partner, Joost specialized in guiding organizations through complex transformations. Joost has a significant history in executive roles, including CEO of Vesting Finance and a member of the Excom at Arrow Global Group, where key achievements involved strategic acquisitions and business turnarounds. Joost holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
