Ricki Wall, MBA

Ricki Wall, MBA has had a varied career, beginning with a role as a Legal Assistant at Nix Patterson & Roach, LLP in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Verizon Wireless, where they held the roles of Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Jean Simpson Personnel Services as a Job Placement Specialist. In 2012, they began working at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they held the roles of Customer Service Representative, Senior Customer Service Representative, Marketing Associate, and Associate Product Management. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Assistant Community Manager at Hunt A Killer.

Ricki Wall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from LSU Shreveport, which they obtained in 2018. Ricki also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LSU Shreveport, which they obtained in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from Coursera and LinkedIn in 2021, including AI For Everyone, Foundations of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), Introduction to Digital Twins, IoT Foundations: Fundamentals, and Systems Thinking.
