Ryan Schuman has over 10 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, customer experience, HR, and event production.

From 2018 to present, they have served as Senior Director of Sales, Director of Sales, and General Manager of Team Building Kits at Hunt A Killer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing product, marketing, operations, and financial aspects of the newly formed startup brand, attaining customers such as Netflix, Google, Whirlpool, and Under Armour. Ryan also served as Marketing Project Manager.

From 2014 to 2018, they were Co-Founder and President of Wonderfly Events LLC, an event production house that included public and private events, rented entertainment equipment, photography, and videography. Ryan was responsible for overseeing strategy, finance, legal, customer experience, sales, operations, admin, and HR. Additionally, they served as Director of Global Partnerships at Action X Pte. Ltd.

From 2011 to 2014, they were Director of International Development and Venue Manager at Reed Street Productions, where they turned around a failing department by renegotiating venue contracts, establishing standards for new contracts, and managing local property owners and governments. Ryan also served as Event Director, leading the planning and execution of a traveling themed obstacle course race series with 10,000+ participants per event.

From 2010 to 2011, they were a Marketing Intern and Scheduling and Programming Intern at Discovery Communications.

Ryan Schuman obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland between 2007 and 2011. Ryan then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Baltimore between 2015 and 2017. In 2021, they obtained a Certified EDI Professional certification from EDI Academy. In 2020, they earned a Hubspot Inbound Certification, Hubspot Sales Management Training Certification, and Hubspot Frictionless Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy. Ryan also holds a SEMRush SEO Audit Certification from SEMrush.
