Tricia Butler, SPHR, SHRM - SCP

Tricia Butler, SPHR, SHRM - SCP has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Tricia began their career in 2003 as an Employee Services Administrator for Comair. In 2004, they moved on to become a Human Resource Manager for The Paradies Shops, followed by a Human Resource Manager role at Niche Media in 2006. From 2008 to 2017, Tricia served as the Vice President of Human Resources for francesca’s®. During their time there, they implemented organizational structure, training and recruiting programs and performance appraisal program, managed benefits, employee relations, compliance, HRIS and recruitment for the organization. In 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources for Brightloom (formerly eatsa). In 2018, Tricia moved on to become the Head of People Operations and Vice President of People for Grove Collaborative. In 2021, they joined Knoetic | CPOHQ as a CPOHQ Member and in 2022, they became an Advisor for ChangeEngine. Currently, Tricia is the Chief of Staff and Vice President of People & Culture for Hunt A Killer.

Tricia Butler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained their BBA in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Tricia obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010 and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in December 2015.
