Tim Phelps

Tim Phelps has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim began their career as an Engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky in 1988 and worked there until 2012. Tim then joined Toyota Engineering Manufacturing Administration as a Senior Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Quality Engineer at Toyota Motor North America, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Tim served as a Quality Engineer at Asahi Automotive Americas. In 2019, they worked as a Project Manager at AutoGuide Mobile Robots before moving on to become the Director of Project Management & Information Systems at Hunt Brothers Pizza - Hunt Advantage Group, where they have been employed since December 2019.

Tim Phelps has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management & Finance from Sullivan University. Tim also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwood University. In 1982-1983, they attended Western Kentucky University, studying Sociology / Psychology. From 1997 to 2000, they studied Japanese Language and Literature at Georgetown College. Additionally, Tim has obtained certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a Private Aircraft Pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration.
