Mark Gronemeyer began their work experience in 1998 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Affordable Residential Communities, where they supervised a due diligence team and presented findings for potential acquisitions. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as the Director of Project Management at Brownfields Capital, where they evaluated and developed investment opportunities. Mark then worked as a Market Research Field Consultant at Prior & Associates from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Investment Valuation at MMA Financial, conducting real estate market studies and feasibility analysis. In 2009, they became the Director of Business Analysis at The Community Builders, Inc. Finally, in 2014, they joined Hunt Capital Partners, LLC, first as the Senior Vice President of Underwriting and later as the Chief Credit Officer.

Mark Gronemeyer earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography from UC Santa Barbara, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Mark later pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver's Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management. This degree was completed from 1996 to 1998, at the same time they were enrolled in the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
