Dihutso Bella Tshepang

Dihutso Bella Tshepang currently serves as the Group Chief Credit Risk Officer at Letshego Holdings Limited since May 2016, after previously holding the position of Group Analytics, Impairments & Models Manager. Prior to this role, Dihutso worked at Barclays Bank of Botswana from August 2007 to May 2016, where responsibilities included Head of Analytics, Impairments & Models, focusing on delivering analytics support to minimize losses and maximize profits through various analyses. Dihutso also served as a Management Information Analyst, providing critical analytics to support business decision-making. Dihutso holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from the University of Botswana.
