Kristy Smith

Kristy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and talent strategy. Currently serving as Senior Search Manager at Hunt Club since March 2022, Kristy focuses on helping companies scale through strategic relationships. Previously, Kristy held the role of Marketing Director at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where leadership of marketing initiatives for a 537-bed hospital and Level I Trauma Center was key. Additional experience includes a Program Facilitator position at the University of Michigan, where Kristy worked on team-building and leadership, as well as roles at Phire Branding Company, and various capacities at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, including Senior Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs and Business from South Dakota State University.
