Suzanne Chiaramonte (she/her/hers)

Suzanne Chiaramonte is the Executive Director of Talent Strategy at Hunt Club. Prior to their current position, they were the Director at Chasm Partners from October 2015 to January 2021. Chasm Partners is a retained executive search firm and talent development organization exclusively focused on healthcare. Suzanne was also the Founder - Principal of SC Consulting from March 2010 to September 2015 where they advised Fortune 100 companies on a wide range of business challenges, including pipeline optimization, clinical profile development & communication, and Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategy. Before their consulting career, Suzanne was the Director, Client Consulting at NielsenHealth from January 1998 to December 2009.

Suzanne Chiaramonte graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Economics and French. Suzanne then attended Rutgers University - Newark, where they received their MBA in Marketing and Pharmaceutical Management. In addition to their formal education, Suzanne has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Building High-Performance Teams and How to Build Credibility as a Leader. Finally, they are certified by LinkedIn in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (2017).
