Billy Lowe Pe

Billy Lowe, PE, has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as the E&I Department Manager and Project Manager at Hunt Guillot & Associates since September 2008. Prior to this role, Billy held the position of Project Engineer at Dashiell from June 2003 to August 2008, specializing in high voltage substation design and project development, including engineering budgets and material estimation. Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University between 1998 and 2003.
