Felix Yosep Ocho Franco has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Felix Yosep started their career as a Practicante de Contabilidad at RTS Automation S.A.C. in 2014. Later, they joined DYF CONTADORES Y ABOGADOS as an Asistente de Contabilidad, where they handled accounting and financial operations. Felix Yosep then moved on to Viajes Pacífico / Grayline Peru, where they worked as an Asistente de Finanzas-Tesorería, optimizing the SAP Bussines One system and managing payments to strategic suppliers. After that, they worked at Primus Capital Peru as an Asistente de Finanzas-Tesorería, where they processed national and international factoring operations, renegotiated bank loans, and maintained strong relationships with banks and regulatory entities. Currently, Felix is working at Hunt Energy as a Treasury Analyst, responsible for cash flow management and coordination with fiduciaries for banking operations.

Felix Yosep Ocho Franco completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Universidad Nacional del Callao in 2016. Felix Yosep then pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Treasury Management from the ESAN Graduate School Of Business in 2020. In the same year, they also completed an International Diploma in Corporate Finance from the ESAN Graduate School Of Business.

In 2021, Felix Yosep Ocho Franco expanded their knowledge in finance by completing a Seminar in Corporate Finance from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Felix Yosep also attended a Seminar on Introduction to the Lima Stock Exchange at Bursen - Centro de estudios de la Bolsa de Valores de Lima. Additionally, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Leadership and Business Coaching from CENTRUM PUCP in the same year.
