Leonardo Mogollon

Leonardo Mogollon has a diverse work experience in the energy and mining industry. In 2018, they served as the Secretary at Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Cultural Petrolero (CIDCP), where they were responsible for organizing events, workshops, and conferences to promote research. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of President at CIDCP, leading the student group's efforts in research promotion. In 2020, Leonardo worked as a Scholar at OSINERGMIN, specializing in the regulation and supervision of the energy and mining industry. Leonardo then joined Hunt Oil Company in 2021 as a Reservoir and Production Intern, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Working their way up, they became a Technical Analyst at Hunt Oil Company in September 2022, contributing their expertise to their operations.

Leonardo Mogollon completed their Bachillerato in Ingeniería de Petróleo, Gas Natural y Petroquímica at the National University of Engineering from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they participated in an academic exchange program at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they studied Ingeniería Petrolera / Ingeniería Química - Petrolera for one year. Additionally, Leonardo obtained several certifications, including Big Data & Analytics from the Centro de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones CTIC UNI, Gestion de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, una Visión Estratégica de la Norma ISO 45001 from Gestion Integral HQSE, SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, Introducción a la Medición de las Variables Operativas de Sistemas Integrales de Producción Primaria, Introducción a la Operación del Sistema de Bombeo de Crudo Estabilizado, and Introducción a la Operación del Sistema de Compresión de Gas Natural, all from the ITPE - Instituto Tecnológico del Petróleo y Energía. These certifications were obtained in May and June of 2020.
