Ribar Ameen

Ribar Ameen has several years of experience working as a wellsite geologist and lab technician. They started their career at DNO International in 2007 as a wellsite geologist and mud logger. In this role, they attended pre-spud meetings, reviewed technical packages, collected and reviewed well site reference data, and submitted daily reports. They also described well cutting and core cutting.

In 2009, Ribar Ameen joined MOL Romania as a wellsite geologist. They stayed in this role until 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Ribar Ameen worked as a senior wellsite geologist at Gulf Keystone Petroleum in the Shaikan block. Their responsibilities included attending pre-spud meetings, reviewing technical packages, collecting and reviewing well site reference data, and determining well direction and path. They also provided geological advice to oil company representatives.

Most recently, Ribar Ameen worked at Hunt Oil Company as a senior wellsite geologist and lab technician. Their duties included preparing reports, evaluating and describing samples, determining casing point, analyzing drilling logs, and keeping detailed records. They also completed daily, weekly, and post-well reporting logs and sent them to appropriate departments.

Ribar Ameen earned a Bachelor's degree from Salahaddin University-Erbil from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Ribar Ameen obtained a certification in Global Services from the University in Ankara, Turkey in July 2009.
