Luis Fernando Flores Beteta

Luis Fernando Flores Beteta's work experience begins in 1984 as an IT Analyst at Interbank. Luis Fernando later worked as a Product Manager and Treasury Manager at Philips from 1987 to 1992. Luis Fernando then served as the Finance and Administration Manager at LATAM, a General Electric Distributor, from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 2002, Luis worked as the Business Line Manager for the Andean Region at ATLAS COPCO. Luis Fernando then joined MSA - The Safety Company in various roles, including Director of Business Development, Managing Director of Sub-Sahara Africa, and General Manager & Business Development Manager for MSA Peru & Andean Region. In 2014, Luis became the Managing Director of Select PPE Africa, a subsidiary of MSA. Luis Fernando also held positions as the Director of the Peruvian Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce, the General Manager of La Llave Peru (part of Vilaseca Group), and currently as the General Manager at Hunter Lojack Peru. Most recently, they also became a member of REF.

Luis Fernando Flores Beteta completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economy from the Universidad de Lima in 1983. In 1989, they earned an Associate's Degree in Finance from Universidad ESAN. Luis Fernando then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, affiliated with IESE Spain, graduating in 1993. In 2016 to 2017, Luis completed a Digital Marketing Specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Online Marketing Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2017 and an MBA certification from PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura in March 1992.
