Donna Thomas

Donna Thomas possesses extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, with a career that spans over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in Quality Assurance and Escalation at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since November 2009, Donna has previously held the position of Customer Support Manager. Prior to this role, Donna worked at Vertis Communications for 17 years, culminating as the Director of Client Services. Donna began their career in customer service at Blue Diamond Growers, Pacific International Rice Company, and California Rice Growers Association, gaining foundational experience in client relations. Donna is an alumnus of Sacramento City College.
