Jorge Troyko

Jorge Troyko currently serves as the Head of Transformation for LATAM at Hunter Douglas, Inc. Following a successful tenure at AB InBev from January 2016 to January 2023, where Jorge held multiple leadership positions including Global VP Business Transformation, Strategy & Growth, and Global VP Strategy & Finance, Jorge co-founded Bees Bank, achieving $4B in transaction value and significantly enhancing marketplace and fintech services. Prior roles include Global Director of Business Transformation and Strategic Planning at AB InBev, as well as experience in M&A at Brasilpar and business analysis at McKinsey & Company. Jorge holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, completed a Venture Capital Executive Program at The Wharton School, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo.
