Ronald Anuskiewicz began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Goodrich from September 1991 to June 1993. Ronald then moved to Polaris Pool Systems and worked as a Mechanical Engineer from November 1993 to April 1996. After that, they joined Hunter Industries in April 1996 and held various roles including Principal Mechanical Engineer and Principal Manufacturing Engineer. At Hunter Industries, they were responsible for designing and developing landscape irrigation products, implementing new products into production, and improving existing designs to reduce manufacturing costs. Ronald also provided manufacturing engineering support for new product development, led cross-functional teams for material qualification, and achieved significant improvements in production rates, scrap rates, and machine process. In July 2019, Ronald Anuskiewicz was still working at Hunter Industries in the role of Principal Manufacturing Engineer.
Ronald Anuskiewicz attended San Diego State University from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ronald has also acquired a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from CSUSM Extended Learning, although the specific timing of when they obtained this certification is not provided.
