Richard Black

Richard Black has a long and varied work experience. Richard began their career in 1995 as the owner of Grand Baja Tours. In 1997, they worked as a Consultant for FPA Medical Management, Inc. In 1998, they were Acting Financial Director and Senior Financial Analyst for Per-Se Technologies. In 2000, they were a Financial Reporting Supervisor and Senior Financial Analyst for HD Supply. In 2002, they began freelance writing for USBAsket.com. In 2004, they worked as Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, and Specialty Manager for The Home Depot. In 2011, they worked as Business Development Director and Project Manager for Hunter Pacific Group and Principal Consultant for YUTZIL Consulting. Finally, in 2018, they were Chief for Winning Government Contracts for Hunter Pacific Group.

Richard Black attended Macomb Community College from 1970 to 1972, where they received an Associates in Business Administration. Richard then attended Wayne State University from 1972 to 1974 for Business Administration.
