As Senior Vice President/Operations Manager and Project Executive, Jeff Crompton is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project he is assigned to construct. In this role, he is accountable for the project budget, schedule, safety, and quality control. In addition, Jeff leads and coordinates the construction team’s daily activities to deliver a project that meets the client’s cost, schedule, and quality goals. Jeff also provides insight and guidance on company-wide initiatives including safety, operations planning, and staffing. Jeff is a trained Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years of management experience in the construction industry. Jeff has managed the renovation and new construction for several project types, including residential, hotel, and commercial facilities. He also provides pre-construction and construction support to residential and commercial clients and has experience in Purchasing and Estimating. Jeff’s deep knowledge of the construction industry, paired with his approachable personality, makes him a valued member of the Hunter Roberts team and a sought-after executive to many of the company’s clients.
