Justin Keane has been in the workforce since 2005. Justin began their career as a Meat & Seafood Clerk at Genuardi's Market and then moved on to become an Electronics Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2010. In 2012, they became a Marketing and Sales Intern at Ohana Companies and then a Shift Manager at Wawa, Inc. in 2013. In 2016, they became an Account Manager for Hunter Technologies, specializing in complete telecommunications management and holding AVAYA's Platinum Partner in Customer Excellence for 4 years running.

Justin Keane attended the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 2007 to 2012, where they received a BS in Communication- PR/Advertising. Justin then continued their studies at Temple University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies between 2012 and 2015. Justin also took classes at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, but did not receive a degree.
