Phil Rulli

Phil Rulli is an accomplished general manager at Hunter Truck since April 2022, with a robust background in sales and management within the trucking industry. Prior to this role, Rulli served as the director of fleet sales at Five Star International, LLC from August 2019 to April 2022. Rulli's extensive experience at Navistar Inc. from February 1998 to August 2019 included positions such as vice president of sales for the North Region, where Rulli successfully delivered $678 million in truck sales and $327 million in parts sales annually through a network of 83 dealers. Rulli also held roles as federal government sales manager and sales operations manager during tenure at Navistar. Rulli earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers University between 1975 and 1979.
