Allison Castagna

Allison Castagna currently serves as the Chief Performance & Innovation Officer at Hunterdon Healthcare, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Allison worked as the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Hunterdon HealthCare Partners from February 2019 to December 2020. Allison’s extensive experience in healthcare includes various leadership positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included oversight of operations in the Emergency Department. Earlier experiences also include roles at New York Presbyterian Hospital as an MPH Administrative Intern and positions at Hunterdon HealthCare Partners and other organizations. Allison holds a Master of Public Health from Yale School of Public Health, an MA in Sociology, and a BA in History from Lehigh University.
