Jana Litsey

SEVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Huntington

Jana Litsey serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and The Huntington National Bank. Litsey and her team provide legal advice and counsel to the businesses and control functions while focusing on enabling Huntington to deliver on its purpose to make people’s lives better, help businesses thrive, and strengthen the communities we serve.

Prior to joining Huntington, she served in multiple leadership roles at Bank of America for over 20 years. Most recently, she served as the legal executive responsible for the defense of Bank of America’s domestic and international litigation, regulatory inquiries, enforcement actions, and internal investigations. Previously, she served as general counsel for Legacy Asset Servicing, the business unit responsible for managing the legal risk arising from mortgage loan originations, securitizations, and default servicing. Before that, Litsey served as the deputy general counsel for executive compensation & benefits, human resources, intellectual property, technology & operations, vendor management, and corporate workplace.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law.

Litsey and her husband have two children and reside in Columbus and Charlotte.
