Arsen Zakarian

Arsen Zakarian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and process management. Currently serving as the Performance Improvement Portfolio Manager at Huntington Hospital since February 2022, Arsen previously held the position of Program Manager for Performance Improvement at Adventist Health from March 2012 to February 2022. Prior to that, Arsen worked at Sanofi Pasteur from January 2006 to December 2011, where roles included Manager of Business & Process Improvement in Manufacturing, Project Manager for Operations, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Arsen holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto. Additional qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Sanofi Pasteur Ltd., and training in the TBM Kaizen Breakthrough Experience.
