Brian Sweeney

Brian Sweeney has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and benefits management. Brian has held various roles in different organizations, including Huntington Hospital, St. Joseph Health System, Pacific Sunwear, City of Hope, DaVita, Exult Inc, and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO).

At Huntington Hospital, Brian has worked as the Director of Human Resources since March 2020. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Human Resources from April 2016 to March 2020 and the Manager of Concierge, Benefits, and Payroll Services from January 2015 to April 2016. Brian also served as the Retirement Plan Manager from November 2012 to January 2015.

Before joining Huntington Hospital, Brian worked at St. Joseph Health System as a Senior Business Systems Analyst from March 2011 to December 2012. Brian was responsible for supporting the benefits functions at separate hospitals and implementing changes to the PeopleSoft HRMS system.

Brian also has experience working at City of Hope as the Manager of Benefits & Employee Services from August 2007 to October 2009, at DaVita as the Director of Benefits and Compliance from August 2002 to August 2007, at Exult Inc as a Transition Project Manager from January 2001 to February 2002, and at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) in various roles from 1989 to 2001.
