Edward began a career in sterile processing at USC University Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations and ensuring compliance with health standards. Edward possesses a robust educational background, including certifications in organizational leadership from Troy University and the USC Trojans Leadership Bootcamp, as well as a certification in Central Service Materials Management from IAHCSMM.
