Lia Peterson Miller

Lia Peterson Miller has a strong background in donor engagement and annual giving. Lia began their career at Mount St Mary's College as a Development Assistant from 1996 to 1998. Lia then worked as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Scripps College from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they were an Associate Director of Caltech Alumni Fund at Caltech, and then served as a Director of Caltech Alumni Fund from 2000 to 2003. Lia joined Huntington Hospital in 2003 as the Director of Annual Giving and was promoted to Senior Director of Donor Engagement and Communications in 2017. In their current role, they have oversight of all donor engagement activities and is responsible for managing Huntington Hospital's leadership annual giving program, as well as developing and executing a strategic donor centric communications plan. Lia also has experience in content creation, direct response programs, storytelling, and event programming.

Lia Peterson Miller earned a HS Diploma from Marlborough High School in 1990. Lia later obtained a BA in English and History from UC San Diego in 1994.
