Pamela Weatherspoon

Pamela Weatherspoon, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Enterprise, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Wellness & Engagement at Huntington Hospital since December 2020. Additionally, Pamela is a yoga teacher at Hot 8 Yoga and the owner and instructor at Soulful Flow Yoga. Previous roles include Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Jersey City Medical Center from January 2019 to December 2020, and Diversity and Community Engagement Program Manager at Legacy Health from 2009 to 2018. Pamela has also held positions at the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest. Educationally, Pamela earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University-Portland and completed yoga teacher training at Yoyo Yogi, along with a degree in Communications from Portland State University.
