Michael Lempke is an experienced leader in the nuclear and environmental sectors, currently serving as President of the Nuclear and Environmental Group at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since December 2016. In this role, Lempke oversees profit and loss performance, customer growth, and overall group development while managing subsidiaries that provide nuclear components and environmental services. Previously, Lempke held key positions including Vice President of Energy Programs at Newport News Shipbuilding, where responsibilities included overseeing Department of Energy programs, and Vice President at Systems Planning and Analysis, focusing on strategic decision-making.
