William Bluford

William Bluford has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. William began their career at Merchant Internet Group in 2001 as a System Administrator, where they provided technical support, managed the telecommunications infrastructure, and implemented cost-saving projects. In 2002, they joined Huntington Technology as a Technology Consultant, working directly with clients to solve their business problems using technology. Their expertise expanded to include technical consulting, network administration, desktop support, telecommunications, application services, and disaster recovery. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Technical Services, responsible for managing the technical staff and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2014, they further advanced their career with Huntington Technology as the Vice President.

William Bluford earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Oakland University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. William became a Microsoft Certified Professional in August 2004, followed by obtaining a Cisco SMB Engineer certification and Select Certification & SMB Specialization from Cisco in November 2007. In March 2017, they obtained the Continuity Technical Specialist I and II certifications from Datto, Inc. and achieved three Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications from Fortinet in December 2022.
