Roger Koehler

CISO at Huntress

Roger Koehler is the CISO at Huntress. Roger previously served as the Joint Information Warfare Deputy Director/Cyber Technical Advisor at the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center from January 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were with the United States Department of Defense from January 2008 to December 2021, where they held the title of Information Security. Roger also worked as a C4ISR Engineer at Oklahoma State University-University Multispectral Laboratory (OSU-UML) from January 2006 to December 2008. Before that, they were with the Air National Guard.

Roger Koehler has a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University, a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University. Roger also has certifications from Offensive Security in Offensive Security Wireless Professional, GIAC Certifications in GIAC Advisory Board, GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), (ISC)² in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Certifications in GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), and GIAC Certifications in GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
