Brian Kello has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Operations for Environmental Services at Huntsville Hospital since May 2011. In this role, Brian leads the environmental staff and collaborates with the administrative leadership of the Women's and Children's Hospital, ensuring the needs of patients and hospital staff are met while also supporting four other buildings on the Huntsville Health System campus. Prior to this, Brian worked at Target as a team member in various departments and served as a Youth Minister at 7th & Muller Church of Christ. Brian holds a Master's degree in Health Leadership from Western Governors University and a BS in Biblical Studies from Freed-Hardeman University.

Huntsville Hospital is an 881-bed hospital that serves as the regional referral center for North Alabama and southern Tennessee. Huntsville Hospital is governed by the Health Care Authority of the City of Huntsville and is the second-largest hospital in Alabama. In recent years, the hospital has expanded its services throughout the region with the development of Huntsville Hospital Health System, which includes hospitals in Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Boaz, Guntersville, Moulton, Red Bay, Sheffield, Scottsboro, and Fayetteville, Tenn. The Health System includes more than 2,300 patient beds and 19,000 employees.
