Erin Koshut is an experienced professional who has held significant roles in various companies throughout their career. Erin began their career as an Assistant Publicist at Cumberland House Publishing in 1998. In 1999, they joined AkinsCrisp Public Strategies as a Vice President, where they worked in the Nashville office before moving to Washington, DC in 2004 to establish and lead a new office. During their time at AkinsCrisp, Erin provided strategic communications, project management, and government affairs support to several clients, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Appalachian Regional Commission. In 2013, they joined CRISP Communications, LLC as the Vice President for Client Services and Special Events, leading account teams and serving as the lead strategist for the firm's work with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Erin Koshut completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Lipscomb University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, in 1993 and 1994, they attended Kennesaw State University, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study there.
In terms of additional certifications, Erin obtained a Business Incubation Management Certificate from InBIA, the International Business Innovation Association, in November 2017.
