Isabella Niedzwiecki is a graduate student researcher at The Johns Hopkins University, contributing to the Goldberg Group since August 2023. Previously, Isabella conducted undergraduate research at Rutgers Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology from June 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included synthesizing and characterizing Iridium-metal electrocatalytic complexes, measuring electrochemical activity through CVs, and calculating the free energy of cobalt complexes via DFT during remote work. Collaboration with graduate student mentors and effective presentation of research findings in poster symposiums were integral aspects of Isabella's research experience. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry at Johns Hopkins University.
