Monica Santos

Monica (Nikka) Santos, PCC, is an experienced coach and leader in the field of professional coaching, currently holding multiple roles, including ICF Credentialed Coach at the International Coaching Federation, Leadership and Team Coach at Hupo, and Director of Credentialing Support for the ICF Philippines Chapter. Additionally, Monica serves as a Care Coach at BetterUp and a Coach and Workshop Facilitator at Kaizen Leadership Asia, where focus lies on enhancing leadership and team performance. As the founder of The Future Leaders Program, Monica provides leadership coaching to students and young professionals. Previous roles include Franchise Operator at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands and writer for Working Mom Magazine and Rappler, where the focus was on child development and education. Monica holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines.
