Antara Harve

Antara Harve has over 25 years of work experience in the field of instructional design and learning consulting.

Antara currently holds the position of Sr. Director - Learning Design/Strategic Account Management at HurixDigital, starting in July 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at MPS Interactive Systems as Director - Instructional Design from July 2018 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing instructional design projects, conducting needs analysis, creating training plans, and guiding junior instructional designers.

From 2006 to 2018, Antara worked at Tata Interactive Systems, USA in various roles. As a Senior Consultant, they conducted needs analysis, designed training solutions using the ADDIE process, and managed client relationships. Antara also held the position of Consultant-Instructional Design, Senior Specialist-Instructional Design, and Lead Instructional Writer during their tenure at Tata Interactive Systems.

Antara began their career in 1997 as an Educator and Subject Coordinator at DSRV & other, where they gained valuable experience in education and coordination.

Antara has a strong background in project management, client relationship management, and instructional design methodologies. Additionally, they have certifications in SCORM training and Usability Centered Analysis.

Antara's work experience showcases their expertise in designing and implementing effective learning solutions for various audiences and delivery modes.

Antara Harve obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Mumbai. Antara also earned another Bachelor's Degree in Education & Teaching from the same university. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Change & Learning from the University of St. Thomas. In 2013, Antara Harve obtained a certification in ROI Basics from ASTD.
