Kyle Strack is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage management field, currently serving as the Director of Dietary at Hurlbut Care Communities since April 2024. Strack has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Pinnacle Athletic Campus and Director of Dining Services at Parkwood Heights Senior Living Campus. Additionally, Strack possesses extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having served as Director Of Food And Beverage at both Holiday Inn Rochester Downtown and Hyatt Regency Rochester. Strack also has a notable background in emergency services, serving as a firefighter for the Bushnell's Basin Fire Department and the Egypt Fire Association for several years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
