Dan Critchley

Dan Critchley is an accomplished healthcare IT executive with significant experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal at Huron since October 2023, Dan previously held the position of CEO, Founder, and Managing Director at Hitch Health IT from July 2019 to October 2023, specializing in healthcare IT executive advisory consulting, particularly in M&A, interim CIO roles, Epic implementations, and IT strategy. Prior roles include Vice President of Application Management and Consulting at emids, CEO of Managed Services and Vice President of Healthcare IT Consulting Services at Optimum Healthcare IT, and Chief Information Officer and Vice President at The University of Arizona Health Network. Dan's career also includes significant positions at Encore Health Resources and Essentia Health, as well as a foundation in cardiovascular services at HealthPartners. Dan holds a BA in Health Information Management from The College of St. Scholastica and is currently pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Administration at the same institution.
