Kaitlin Dumont

Kaitlin Dumont is an accomplished higher education consulting professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment analytics, enrollment management, and financial aid optimization. Currently serving as the Higher Education Consulting Director for Strategy & Operations at Huron since April 2024, Kaitlin previously held significant leadership roles at Kaplan, including Director of Workforce Learning Innovation and Director of University Partners. At Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, Kaitlin was responsible for executive recruitment and program profitability as Associate Director of Business Leadership Programs. Before that, Kaitlin managed a range of Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School, holding roles from Program Manager to Program Coordinator. Early career experience includes a Global Education Consultant position at EF Educational Tours and an internship with interstudy.
