Thushara Urumbil

Thushara Urumbil is a seasoned professional in analytics engineering and product management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Analytics Engineering Leader at Huron Consulting Group since January 2024, Thushara focuses on transforming healthcare through advanced analytics and digital innovation. In addition to this role, Thushara contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Previous positions include Senior Director of Optum Insight Analytics Products at Optum, where Thushara managed significant revenue and led AI product development, and Director of Technology Strategy at Optum.
