Katie Allen

Katie Allen is a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist at Consejo Counseling & Referral Service, overseeing a caseload of 60 clients of various ages. Katie also previously worked in sales and HR management at Organic Bob and as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Valle Fértil. Katie has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations, including serving as an Associate Director at Limitless Horizons Ixil in Guatemala. Katie holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts in International Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
