Hurricane Island Outward Bound School’s methodology places equal emphasis on development of character and intellect. Through Outward Bound Professional, HIOBS also extends some of these principles to improve the culture at some of the biggest companies and organizations in the world. Outward Bound Professional has developed a robust and calibrated method of evaluating the challenges facing an organization, and then developing tailored programming to explore these dynamics and move any group in the right direction. It is based on our track record, but reactive to the situation at hand — a blend of both art and science.
