Grace Stein

Grace Stein is an experienced instructor and educator with a background in environmental science and conservation biology, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Vermont. Currently serving as an instructor at Hurricane Island Outward Bound School since May 2024, Grace previously worked as an assistant instructor and student program assistant at Round River Conservation Studies, focusing on logistics and student development in Mongolia. Additional experience includes roles as a teacher at Peaks Island Children's Workshop, a mussel processor for Bangs Island Mussels, and a deckhand for Sea Education Association’s SEA Semester. Grace has also held various farm management and hands-on positions across several farms, showcasing versatility and commitment to environmental stewardship and education.
