Grete Orderud

Grete Orderud serves as Avdelingsdirektør for IT prosess at Husbanken since September 2022, overseeing project leadership, test strategies, procurement support, and agile project management. Prior to this role, Grete held multiple leadership positions at Digitaliseringsdirektoratet, focusing on digital transformation for public services. Grete also has extensive experience in the housing sector as a board member and vice-chair of BORI BBL, and has previously directed digital transformation efforts at Direktoratet for forvaltning og ikt (Difi). Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Husbanken and Telenor, where responsibilities ranged from strategic ICT development to customer service enhancements. Grete's academic qualifications include a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and additional studies at institutions such as Yale University, University of Oslo, and Norwegian School of Economics.
