Tonje Tiller Gogstad

Tonje Tiller Gogstad is an experienced professional currently serving as Fagdirektør at Husbanken since September 2001, with expertise in labor law, strategic HR work, leadership development, and negotiations. Previously, Tonje held the position of Assisterende direktør for Husbankens Forvaltningskontor, overseeing 70 employees, and was responsible for personal matters and serving as the director's deputy. As Underdirektør, leadership of the Bankfaglig seksjon was undertaken, focusing on the development of loan management regulations and providing legal advice to corporate clients. Tonje began the career as a legal advisor specializing in real estate law, claims, liens, collection, and enforcement. Prior to Husbanken, Tonje worked as a legal advisor for the Kommunal- og regionaldepartementet. Educational qualifications include a cand jur degree from the University of Oslo and studies at the University of Bergen, alongside additional programs at Optimas and AFF Solstrandprogrammet.
