Brett is recognized for his diligent work representing clients at the Oklahoma state capitol for more than 20 years including serving as President of one of the state’s top trade associations, the Beer Distributors of Oklahoma (BDO). His success throughout his career has helped him establish a network of trusted relationships and contacts across the state, including the Executive Branch, Legislature, and throughout the counties and municipalities of Oklahoma as well as leaders in the state’s business community. Brett has built a prominent personal brand by consistently delivering real results through personalized service.
Brett has advocated for name-brand companies and trade associations operating in commercial banking, investment banking, beverage alcohol distribution, mid-stream marketing, tobacco and e-cigarette manufacturing, oil and gas exploration and production, education management, public utility power transmission, municipal finance, consumer credit, mortgage lending, transportation infrastructure, software, satellite television, and real estate. His in-depth knowledge across these industries offers unmatched value to his clients.
Brett is a native Oklahoman whose career in public policy and law includes establishing and leading Oklahoma City-based lobbying firm Capital City Associates; counseling clients as a partner at a leading state government relations firm, and serving as Assistant General Counsel to the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner.
