Gregg Hartley

Gregg Hartley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in federal government affairs and public relations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Husch Blackwell Strategies since January 2018, Hartley previously was the Principal at Cloakroom Advisors LLC from January 2014 to January 2018, where the firm specialized in government and public affairs consultancy. Prior to that, Hartley held the position of Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at Cassidy & Associates from June 2003 to December 2013, overseeing client services across major practice groups. Hartley's early career includes serving as Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives for U.S. Representative Roy Blunt from 1997 to 2003, where leadership and staff management were crucial. Hartley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Urban and Regional Planning from Missouri State University, earned between 1971 and 1975.
