Rodney W. Herbel

Rodney manages Husch Blackwell’s Litigation Technology team, supporting all offices firmwide.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of the firm’s Litigation Technology Department, including project management, trial technology consulting, document review, database design and industry best practices. He also manages electronic data services including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, production and presentation.

Rodney’s team consists of 16 professionals that assist in managing the projects and costs associated with technology and electronic discovery in litigation. The department offers strategic advice and assistance from the initial identification phase through presentation. Each matter is assigned to an experienced case manager that coordinates support needs to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively. Some of the internal services offered are imaging, printing, OCR, electronic data culling, processing and production, database hosting, transcript management, video digitizing/synchronizing and trial technology consulting.
