Mayur Lokhande

Mayur Lokhande is a seasoned CAE analyst with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering industries. Currently serving as a Sr. CAE Analyst at Husco since July 2022, Mayur specializes in finite element analysis (FEA) for automotive components and off-highway control valves utilizing Ansys Workbench and Hypermesh, overseeing global product development to final product realization. Prior to this role, Mayur was a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Endurance Technologies Ltd., focusing on the design and development of two- and three-wheeler clutches. Experience as a Design Engineer at Kohler Co. included creating engineering 3D models and drawings for household applications, while an internship at Cummins Inc. involved analyzing and minimizing risks associated with turbocharger turbine failures. Mayur holds a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from Walchand College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
