Vicky Dunbar Chartered McIpd

Vicky Dunbar Chartered MCIPD has a range of work experience in the human resources field. Vicky began their career at gap personnel in 2002, working as an Account Manager. Vicky then moved on to Daniel Contractors Limited in 2007, where they served as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator. In 2008, they joined DHL as a Business Unit HR Officer and later became an HR Manager in 2010. Most recently, Vicky has worked at HUSCO International, starting as an HR Manager in 2012 and eventually becoming the Human Resources Director in 2018.

Vicky Dunbar Chartered MCIPD attended St Helens College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a CIPD degree in Professional Development Scheme. Additionally, they have acquired the DecisionWise 360 Coaching Certification from DecisionWise and the CEDR Accredited Mediator certification from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in the years 2022 and 2023, respectively.
